Newly minted homeowners Lucas and Jenny think their future is finally coming together—until they discover their suburban retreat includes a very literal homeowners’ association… that fights monsters. Each Equinox, hell’s horde erupts from an otherworldly portal, and the HOA doubles as the neighborhood’s supernatural defense force.
